Cat Halloween Costume and Makeup

Testing out my Halloween costume + makeup. I am not happy with the outcome but next try should be better. The white needs more work and the eye liner was less than optimal.
Overall not bad for a rusty hand. The head piece represented well. The hair is actually a hat with kitty ears. The wrist are covered with a long haired fur cuff.

halloween is next month(yay!) and i want to think of costumes. im a 13 year old girl so i want something cute but not like slutty or anything like that. oh and i dont wanna buy like a store-bought costume, i want like something you can make or something. my budget is $ 30-$ 35

Try doing something that hasn’t been done before…i know you can’t do that completely but definatly don’t be like a bumble bee or pirate because you’re bound to see at least one other like you that night. Umm….I’m really no good at this stuff and I’m kinda trying to think of a costume right now too but the thing that you want it to be homemade makes it harder. You could be like a ragdoll or something or like a character from your favorite movie/TV show. Or you could be something really original and wierd….like…i don’t know…and old lady who carries a sock puppet around with her everywhere she goes. Like I said, I’m really no good at this.
