I finally earned the alternate Cynthia outfit on Silent Hill 4 (worth it? DUH!) and not to insult my amazing camera skills (lol) but this video is much higher quality. Can’t remember where I got it from off the top of my head (probably Valtiel’s Silent Hill Site), but I’ll post it as soon as I know for sure. Btw, to get this costume you must play and beat the game four times on the same file (difficulty doesn’t matter, you wimp), and get each of the four different endings. On the last playthrough, pick up Eileen’s nurse costume from her apartment and on the fifth playthrough, select the Nurse option at the beginning of the game. Good luck.
