Well you can use ghosts, bats, pumpkins, spider’s and webs, fog machines, graveyard tombstones, black and orange for colors,

Party city has a lot of great stuff. graveyards, ghosts, lights, bats that pop up out of nowhere, etc

I’m on a budget so I want to make all my own decorations this year. Who has some tips? I want to hang bats and ghosts from the ceiling. Anyone have any good directions on how to make non-stupid looking at home decorations?

get cheese cloth and lollipops
cut cloth into squares
put cloth over pops
tie a band around to give it a ghost head shape
then draw the face

or instead of the cloth u can use felt or klenex
